5. Access to the Website

The Company grants users limited access to the website for personal use and does not grant the right to download, modify, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit the website content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Description of Services

The services presented on the website are for informational purposes only and cannot be purchased directly online. They are discussed and negotiated individually with each client and are provided under a formal engagement agreement.

7. Pricing

Prices are not displayed on the website and are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specifics of each project.

8. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made in accordance with the terms agreed in the engagement contract, by bank transfer, based on the invoice issued by the Company.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the website or services shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Romania.

10. Service Delivery Terms

Service delivery timelines are agreed individually for each project and are set out in the relevant service agreement.
